MLB: New CBA allows for postseason expansion (starting in 2012 or 2013), instant replay expansion (pending negotiations with the umpires), and the Houston Astros' move from the NL Central to the AL West effective in the 2013 Season.
It's official: there are now ten teams in the MLB postseason: Last day happens, day off (make-up/ tiebreaker games), two playoffs, day off (?), LDS 2 vs. 3 starts, LDS 1 vs. WC starts - it is a 2 away, three home this year (it goes back to 2-2-1 after that) - day off, LCS, day off, WSFC.
